Refund Policy

We do not offer any cash refunds.

We offer exchanges only for defective items or incorrect sizes.
If the item is defective, please WhatsApp us with pictures and order number within 24 hours of receiving the shipment.

All sizes are clearly mentioned on our website. It is the customer’s responsibility to check sizes before placing an order.

Please note that the replacement process may take up to 8–10 working days, depending on product availability.

We do not offer courier charges compensation if the customer sends the item back, unless requested by our representative.

Once the returned product is received, it will be assessed by the relevant team, and an exchange will be offered subject to availability.

The product must be unused, undamaged, with all tags intact, and returned in its original packaging along with the invoice.

Actual product colors may slightly vary due to lighting, photography, or screen brightness. Products are not eligible for exchange for this reason.

Sale items are non-exchangeable.

Reflections Clothing reserves the right to reject any exchange request that does not comply with the above policy.
