Shipping Policy

Delivery

We offer delivery all over Pakistan within 5–7 working days once the order has been confirmed.

Payment through Cash on Delivery (COD) orders will be processed after telephonic verification via WhatsApp or phone call.

Once an order is placed (both COD and online paid orders), address modifications are not allowed.

For remote or far-fetched areas, prepayment or self-collection may be required.

In case of natural disasters, strikes, public holidays, or unforeseen circumstances, deliveries may be delayed.

Shipping charges are calculated and displayed at the time of checkout.

Order Confirmation & Payments

All orders placed from Monday to Friday may take up to 2 working days for confirmation.
Orders placed on weekends or gazetted holidays will be processed on the next working day.

During peak seasons or verification delays, orders may experience temporary processing delays.

For COD orders, we attempt a maximum of 3 confirmation calls/messages.
If unanswered, the order will be automatically cancelled.

Orders placed through online payment methods go through a fraud-detection check.
If the transaction fails verification, the order is automatically cancelled.

Payments for COD orders will be collected at the shipping address at the time of delivery.

Right to Cancel Orders

Reflections Clothing reserves the right to cancel any order due to:

Out-of-stock items
Pricing or listing errors
Technical issues
Payment declined by the authorized payment institution
High return ratio
Non-serviceable areas
Suspicious or fraudulent activity
